Website terms
The site informs a conversation. It does not create an engagement.
Client work begins only under a separate written agreement that names the scope, responsibilities, fees, and risk boundaries.
Using this website
These terms apply to your use of phothor.com. By using the website, you agree not to misuse it, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or submit information you are not entitled to share. If you do not agree, do not use the site or its forms.
Fit-call requests
Submitting a Rescue Fit Call request or sending email does not create a client, employment, fiduciary, support, or emergency-response relationship. It does not reserve capacity or guarantee that Phothor will accept the work. A response may request more context or decline the situation.
You confirm that you are authorized to represent the company and discuss the product. The fit-call form is intended for public business context and does not request sensitive production material.
Client engagements
Any paid work is governed by a separate written agreement or statement of work. That document controls if it conflicts with this website. It will address the accepted scope, access, fees, payment timing, intellectual property, confidentiality, warranties, liability, termination, and governing law appropriate to the engagement.
The public description explains the focused Production Rescue model. Large modules, parallel delivery streams, formal audits, 24/7 coverage, dedicated capacity, taxes, and third-party costs may require separate scope or pricing. Public descriptions are not a promise that every system can reach the same result or timeline.
Company control and published evidence
The operating model favors company-controlled repositories, cloud accounts, domains, code, and documentation. Exact ownership and license terms are set in the client agreement, including treatment of pre-existing tools, open-source software, and third-party services.
Case studies distinguish public products from anonymized client work and state the boundary of published claims. No confidential client identity or material is intentionally published without permission. If you believe something should be corrected, contact Phothor directly.
Website content and availability
Website material is general information, not legal, security, financial, or system-specific advice. It may be revised, corrected, or removed. The website and third-party links are provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose to the extent allowed by law.
Phothor owns the website’s original text, design, and branding except for client material, open-source components, product screenshots, and other third-party material used under their respective rights. You may link to public pages, but may not republish substantial portions as your own.
Changes and contact
These website terms may change as the offer or site changes. The date above identifies the current version. Questions can be sent to [email protected].
